    1. that's what I noticed as well :-) we have a healthy 5 month old girl and she's giggling and smiling whenever our dogs are around ♡ living and growing up with animals is the most wonderful thing :-)

  2. The first picture of the two of them is my favorite. You can see the difference between the calm, relaxed Oliver and the withdrawn (but less than before) Natalie. It won't be too long before they are smiling together!

  3. Oh my goodness..........how absolutely adorable 😍😍 Natalie looks like a different little girl!!! Oliver is just so precious. He loves his little sister I can tell. The dogs will be so good for her. They just know what to do.....they have so much to give. Beautiful photographs Christine. They speak volumes.

  6. What a sweet brother Oliver is. Love the touches and kisses to her from him. I agree that Natalie seems to light up around the dogs. I love seeing the progression from withdrawn to opening up to enjoy life. She seems happy.

  8. Natalie has changed so much since coming into your home, amazing what love can do, that being said look at the difference in a child that was adopted out of the orphanage at a younger age compared to one that had to stay there so much longer. If only the powers to be would actually consider the well being of the children instead of involving politics in it so many more children could be in loving homes. Our son is from Kazakhstan and adoptions have been closed from there to Americans for several years now, our pediatrician came right out and told us had we not adopted him it wouldn't have been much longer and he would not have made it because of a kidney blockage of which was a relatively easy fix here in the States. Oliver looks like your all American boy, so handsome!

  11. Sweet pictures. I love the last one where your dog very tolerantly allows her to use him to steady her. And of course the sweet kissing ones. Pictures to treasure.
