Looking for New Blogs

I am looking for wholesome blogs that I can add to my blog list.  Many of the blogs that are listed have not been updated in a long time.   As it is, I've deleted at least twenty of them.  My children really enjoy reading our blog, and they like being able to follow the blogs I have listed on the side.  When I have the chance, I like to look at them to.  If you blog regularly and the content is clean and wholesome, please leave your address in a comment so I could add it.  Thanks!

We adopted two kids with SN from Eastern Europe and are now in process for a third child. We blog about our daily life, challenges, travels, recipes, the kids' developmental accomplishments, crafts, gluten-free/dairy-free diets, info on adoption and referrals (mostly from Bulgaria), holidays, our kids' birth cultures and how we honor them, etc.

We'd love for you to join us. We enjoy your blog.

  30. I have followed Smiles and Trials for some time, even though I have only 2 children, now grown, and I'm agnostic. When I discovered blogging years ago, I was always drawn to blogs about families and children. Even families that are different from mine. The shared feelings of caring, learning, growing, and having fun together are what bring me back. Those things are universal, I think.

So....ok, who in your family likes BUGS? I have a bug blog. Although I haven't been posting a lot during the past couple of years, I have over 1000 posts that go back over 9 years. I live not too far from you in So Cal, and many of the insects and spiders I have photographed and written about are probably the same kinds your kids have found in the back yard and nearby. So, I'm educational! In my official capacity as a docent and "Bug Lady" at the Fullerton Arboretum, I have imagined how much fun it would be to lead your younger boys (and really, any of your kids) on a Bug Hunt through the gardens.

Best wishes, (and Happy Valentines Day)

We homeschool. We have adopted 2 children. We have 3 biological children. We often have more children staying with us. Some of our kids have special needs. We eat healthy food because of special needs. We believe that when God said to practice hospitality, he meant it; sixteen people (including our family) slept in our house last week.

I like reading your blog because it makes my life seem less crazy. :-)
