Yesterday the kids went to art class, and I went shopping to stock up on food for when I am gone. Rachel requested freezer enchiladas and coltyetes to freeze so she can pull them out, heat them up, and serve. Looks like we'll be busy for the next few days. :)

What is coltyetes? Is it Mexican or Russian?
I'm leaving tomorrow for a week-long mission trip to Indianapolis so I won't be able to read the rest of your posts before you leave for the Ukraine. But I'm praying for safe travel!
Also, I think I missed something...who is going and who is staying home?
