Now That's Strange

Yes, it's true.

Our family is strange.

Actually, I'm the strange one. Last night, I declared it "Strange Utensil Night."

Everyone got to pick their own utensil to eat dinner with.

A few of the "older" kids were too cool.

Little do they realize, that it's the cool ones that played along.

As for Rachel, her baby threek didn't count. She uses it at every meal!

Alex did a great job with his mega fork!

Julia mastered her thongs by the time dinner was over!

That is lots of fun! I used to be a Brownie/Girl Guide leader and we did that at camp and the kids loved it. Your kids are having a great time I can tell!

Looks like something our strange family would enjoy, as well.

I had to laugh at "anonymous". First, that they would want/need to be anonymous for such a comment. Second, that they would even see a need to make such a comment. And ... I don't find it strange at all that your kids don't have a drink with dinner ... ours don't either. Our young ones will fill up with their drink and then be "too full" to finish their meal. So, they get their drink after they finish their dinner. That's how it rolls at our strange house.

I think it's funny someone made the comment about drinks too! :) I can just imagine how many drinks would be spilled every meal with a dozen + cups on one table!!

I just looked again and I see a couple cups :). Anonymous didn't look too closely (neither did I!).

Anonymous is an idiot. Still lurking from their rock. Why don't you slither out and tell us what is really bothering you.
