It snowed today !

Christine is out so I thought I was sleeping in today!

But nope!

At 7:00am kids were screaming about the snow!

(first time ever for many with snow at their house!)

Here's a shot from my bedroom:

Here's more!

And finally a movie of William destroying the snowman Julia built.

(Of course with permission)

  1. It's nice to see them having some fun with it... I'm hoping we don't get any more snow this year, but I'm not holding my breath, at least not yet.

  2. Glad it was you and not me :D

  3. I'm excited that we have finally got most of our snow melted (though, we probably still have more than you)! :D We are expecting thunderstorms and tornadoes tonight here in Wisconsin.

  4. Wow, snow in southern California in April!! We live in Rochester, NY and it was in the 60's today. Here we would expect snow this time of year (although it is late in the season and we would probably all complain about it), but there? It looks like the kids had some fun in it!

  5. Wow, that's just nuts. 90 here in Kansas today.

  6. Rachel, I am NOT expecting snow. If it comes, I'm going to send it all over to your house.

  7. I'd love for my kids to see snow but I don't want to shovel it or drive in it!!

  8. OH WOW - we would love snow here - apparently it's happened once in the last hundred years! Looks like you had heaps of fun with it!

  9. So funny that YOU had snow, and WE had 80 degrees! I actually had trouble sleeping because it was so hot.

  10. Arghhhhh!! Snow!!
oh so happy it's there...we've had a very snowy winter and spring. Glad they are having so much fun.
We enjoyed a sunny and warm weekend.
    Great pics!

  11. Thought you might like this.....if it works in America, I'm not sure if iplayer does! :oD
