So excited this morning. Our Ukrainian facilitator got in touch with Sasha. Can you believe he is going to a training school to make something of himself and doesn't drink and thinks family is important-- beating the odds for many children who grow up in orphanages? (Son-in-law material if you ask me) He even remains in contact with his alcoholic mother who lives in Kramatorsk where we adopted Alex and Dennis. Again, this has sparked excitment over here for a lot of us.
P.S. Mom, I so get how excited you were about John. I understand how important it was for you that we end up together. Thank you for looking out for me.

Are you still considering a trip back this summer?
what is the P.S. in reference too?
My Mom set John and I up. :)
Hoorah! How exciting! Praise God for Sasha's success -- and for your family's help in it.
You know . . . I think we should hear more about this Sasha. ;) You've mentioned him a few times, but not in any detail and now I'm really curious! Really great to hear that he's working hard to make something of himself!
Hi! Sasha seems like he beat the odds unlike most orphans who at 16 years old are just turned out on the street in front of the orphanage they had lived at with no money, family, or training.God has been looking after Sasha . Pat
