Happy 13!!!!

Happy birthday Julia! You are such a beautiful girl on the inside and out!
To celebrate we had nachos! The girls all helped with the fixings and as a teeny-tiny treat I broke up one of the Skor bars that we were going to use to top her cake, and we shared it instead.

At the last minute all the middle boys wanted to make Julia cards. This is the first time that Paul gave a gift. His smile was so big when she opened his card and pulled out one dollar.

Andrew's card said:

I love you but happy birthday. Julia I hope you love the coupons on the back of this. I know you bug me and hurt me sometimes but I love you still and forever. I'm just saying happy birthday again.

One of the coupons was good for him fixing her bed for two weeks. Ahhhh, sweet.

Julia wanted to make her cake this year. It was an ice-cream cookie cake!

And she was thrilled to have a helper to blow out her candles.
