Homeschooling keeps us so busy. I still don't know how you all manage your time so well--- I guess it will come with--- well... time. :)
For math:
Jonny is doing Saxon
Anastasia and Sveta are doing Math U See
Anna is doing Teaching Textbooks
Rachel is doing Keys to... Fractions
Julia and Annalyn will be starting an online Pre-Algebra class
Galina is fractions but is about to start Teaching Textbooks
We all play games here but this is my favorite.
For Language Arts we are using:
Houghton Mifflin, OpenCourt, Glencoe, Explode the Code, Phonics, Spelling, Wordly Wise, Reading Recovery, Easy Grammer, Four Square Writing, the Bible, and reading End of the Spear with vocabulary building.
We are also doing the Star test prep packets for each grade. For Science and History we are using Glencoe, History Alive, AGI (which is spectacular for ELL), Maps and Globes, and I forgot what else.
I love how well our family is doing-- and I am learning in the process too!
P.S. As for the secret, you will have to wait a little while longer-- I am sorry.

Darn, my guess was wrong. Now I'm back to square one. Hmmmmm??? :)
I used most of what you are using for math to homeschool my 2 oldest. They hated Saxon, loved Keys To: and I loved Teaching Textbooks because math and I have a love/hate relationship. :)
So glad things are going so well for you and yes, that was one of the best blessings for me was learning right along with my boys things I should have learned in school.....guess I was too busy socializing. :)
Much love!
Lisa
You are doing such a great job!
Wow, you've got a lot on your homeschooling plate! You're doing great!
I was wrong too. :)
Christine, thanks a lot for the links to the educational games. I was meaning to find some free math games for my kids for awhile, but never had time to google/browse the links. Your post made it easy :)
