Well, you said a "transition", so I'm going to guess moving. Either that or you're going back to adopt that one little girl you posted while you were there!
I go with working or hosting...
Hm.... I'd decided that you re-consdered your work with the disruption situations, and somehow figured out how to do this within an agency. I guess that COULD be "D". But, I agree with whomever pointed out that "transitions" sounds more like moving. Though, against that is the sense that you are excited about whatever it is. And with your cousin having become a neighbor and all, that's harder to believe.
I'd also thought - maybe it turns out that Paul and Anastasia have a sibling!
And, you were rather attached to one or two of the children you met.... I'm stymied! But it is fun to guess. You really are perfecting the cliffhanger! I'd vote B or D, though.
I vote adopting - I am so excited that everybody else has to be too!

Has to be moving, which stinks because it's been lovely for you all having Matt and Jen as close neighbors. The very thought of having to clean and pack and keep a house show worthy clean for who knows how long all the while trying to sell it before you can buy another is beyond daunting. Hope this means a wonderful job transition for John--Congratulations! :-)

I think you're adopting again, I think it's a domestic one this time though, from a disruption.

My guess is moving...but we all know you work your tail off AND you have a heart to adopt again if the Lord opens the door.

I remember you once said that you would pack up and leave CA in a heartbeat....if it was meant to be.
So now I'm thinking moving...but adoption is up there too...and hosting..and you are great at helping families too. Hmmm, I give up. I choose All of the Above.

My guess is moving.......maybe cause you are planning to host and adopt some of the girls from Ukraine and with a couple more kids your house will be getting too small?
I can't imagine you working outside the home since you are so busy and work so hard already as a wife, mother, and the many other 'hats' you put on each day.
My guess is D in order to do either A or C. But since you usually you wait at least a few months between adoptions...

I think it's A, but from a disruption - sounds like the transition was too imminent to be from overseas.
Otherwise B - the term transition seems key.
That being said, with only Dennis at home D is possible, although I suspect far less likely.
