The other day I was driving home from the store. Just up the road, I thought I saw John's car. It very well could have been his car since I knew he had just attended a funeral and might have decided to stop by home before returning to work. The playful side of me sped up in hopes of catching up to him. Sure enough, I saw the car do a u-turn and stop to wait for me. As I passed him, we both honked as he chased me home.
Who said that romance goes away after marriage?

I totally love and appreciate those little moments, too, ones I wouldn't have thought twice about before we had kids, but now I cherish. I have to say, I've also gotten easier to please over the years. My husband bought me a glass of water, unasked for, while I was working the other night and I thought that was awesome!

we were disagreeing the other night and I was so relieved to just know that he is my best friend. No matter what...... I just wish he would tell me what to do?!
