Now that I am a parent, I believe that one day my own children will appreciate all the pictures I took of them-- albeit doing the simplest things.
Here is Anna helping to cook breakfast. If she has the spatula she is one happy girl!
Adam and I have been playing this game called Phase 10. It is especially nice when we can squeeze in a game in the morning before school. The game is so simple and the nicest thing about it is you can stop at any point, put the game away, and resume playing it later.
Here is Anna at the Lion King presentation. She did a great job. And she really enjoyed herself. (But see the poor quality of the picture. I so long for a camera that will zoom in and take a nice picture with a sharp image.)
When Caleb watched this-- he decided that he would do it too. So he practiced and practiced and practiced. I thought it was impossible.
Clearly it isn't. Thank you Caleb for showing me that nothing is impossible. Thank you for reminding me that perseverance pays off.
