Easter Memories

Happy Happy Easter! What a glorious day it was!

Jonny was very thankful for his goodies!

Alex had no idea that he would wake up to a surprise! Bless his heart-- his excitement made me remember why I love him so much! It doesn't take alot to make him happy because he just seems to be naturally happy. I think the Lord has blessed him with this gift and it rubs off to those around him.

William has such a beautiful smile. Those eyes melt my heart.

John was up before us all to take Adam to church for worship practice for Sunday's church service. He also made copies of our paperwork for our Ukraine adoption so that we could send it off today. As soon as he came home the kids wanted to show him their Easter candy.

Dennis is talking up a storm nowadays. He remembers me giving him some of this very sour candy so any time one of us ask him if he wants some of it, he shakes his head no and says, "That sour!" It is so cute especially since he loves candy and will otherwise eat almost any kind.

Like I said-- he could hardly contain his excitement about his candy! And he didn't even need to eat it-- just the thought of him being given something was enough.

Annalyn, Sveta, and Dennis enjoyed coloring in the morning before church.

After church, we came home and relaxed.

Grandma and Grandpa came over for dinner. Grandma helped Sveta finish her pillow that she had knitted all by herself. Sveta is so proud of herself!
