Yesterday was a snow day at the boys' pre-school. I went with them to help out and take pictures of course! The boys had a ball!

And speaking of balls-- Alex loved throwing snow balls!

Dennis loved playing on this car as much as he loved playing in the snow.

It was awesome to watch Alex do everything the other kids were doing. He is so strong now, that he stood the whole time playing around these sinks full of snow.

Dennis enjoyed digging. The snow was a little too cold for him, but he didn't mind playing with it at a shovel's distance.

Today we are having an IEP meeting for Alex. It is to discuss the OT/PT's assessment of him. I am cautiously optimistic.

Alex must smile all the time. His smile is so contagious. I just love seeing pictures of him. I know he must bring so much joy to your home. :)
That looks like so much fun! I want to be in your family too! ;0)
They look like they were having so much fun! It is amazing how far Alex has come in so little time!
I love Alex's smile in the last pic!! Such a sweetie!!
What a fun activity for school. It's so good when teachers come up with different forms of hands on learning like this.
When I saw the title I thought you actually had SNOW on the ground. Glad the preschool brought it in! Praying for your IEP process and wisdom for you in advocating for your son!
Christine, you must be doing something right in raising your kids, because they look so happy - especially Alex. he's been through so much since he came home not too long ago, yet appears to be thriving. Dennis has been through a lot too, but he's been home longer, so although he's clearly happy as well, it's Alex who just jumped out at me in these pictures. you have 2 beautiful Ukrainian boys who are very blessed in their new lives... not to mention all your other kids. ;-)

I'm studying John right now as well. Are you in Bible Study Fellowship by any chance? Just curious...
Thanks for your great posts!

They look like they had a wonderful time in the snow. Was this both a first for them? Have they been able to actually play in/ with the snow before?
Where do they bring the sno in from?
Your kids are growing so fast!
How much fun is that???
