What's Going On

So many little things going on-- it is easiest to just jot them down as I think of them.

-- Alex is gaining not only strength but better control of his body as I continue to do physical therapy with him. He can sit Indian style now, and his left leg nearly fully extends. Impressive to see how far he has come over the last few months.

-- We are all attending a Christmas fellowship tomorrow night... looking forward to that.

-- I'm in the process of addressing Christmas cards-- now if I can only get a letter written, that would be swell.

-- We received a wheel chair for Alex today from a fellow blogger. She said it would be easy to put together---- we struggled just a teensy bit. Adam and I just finished assembling it...... it felt good laughing together as we figured out how.

-- Looking forward to chaperoning my kids' junior high dance next week. :)

-- We are celebrating William's birthday this weekend. He will be the big 1-0!

-- We are meeting with the social worker this weekend to get a post-placement report for Alex's readopt.

-- Annalyn has decided to let her hair grow long-- for real.

-- Caleb is gearing up for basketball season.

So what has been keeping you busy?

- Mostly babysitting keeps me busy.
- I am copying my Dad's old journal.
- Thinking about the gifts I need to make or purchase.
- Cleaning,it never ends...
- Driving back and forth.
- Thinking... This occupies much of my time (and mind) lately.

Hope you are doing okay.
