What else spaghetti, it is cheap to fix and feed a family of 14 with crap like that. More fun you have to clean up after them, and probably will till the day you die. Dennis looks so much like you.
Thanks for your compliment. I am glad to know that you think I am as cute as Dennis. As for the spaghetti comment, you are so right-- it is economical and a huge crowd pleaser to boot!
Christine, bless your kind heart. Because what I had to say to anoymous would not have been so kind. Although I admit..to look like Dennis with those gorgeous blue eyes and lovely smile is a true compliment indeed. Spaghetti is a huge favourite here too and yup..it's economical. We just had pasta and meatballs yesterday. Being married to an Italian means eating pasta several times a week. And all my kids like it.
Too Cute! They are both such cuties but I have been meaning to tell you how adorable that sweet Alex is. He just melts my heart. It's completey understandable how you couldn't get his smile out of your mind after meeting him the first time. Your a great mommy!
I swear my 12 year old attempts to look like this after every meal. Maybe it's a boy thing. My family owns 2 Italian restaurants, my kids would eat Italian 7 days a week and be happy and healthy for it!!!
You amaze me with your loving heart! The comments that people leave anonymously are only because they are ashamed to show their names when they speak with such negativity. God shines through you and your love for your family!
Christine, I have to admit that I have to agree with negative Anonymous! Dennis looks like you a lot! Though I think he looks more like John. But then, as I said before, couldn't tell which child was adopted and which biological at first sight because they all have a family resemblance. Like I think Rachel and Adam and William do look slike each other (and not only because of the hair).
Spaghetti with tomato sauce with cheese or with meat balls is a favorite in our house too, with a small salad or veggie sticks. Cheap and easily turned into a balanced meal, or into the carbohydrate meal of a balanced day.
We LOVE spaghetti in our house!!! It's great to see Dennis being so independent with his meal, even if it does require a small clean up effort afterward :o) I think Anon needs a new prescription for his/her hatred-coloured glasses.....Dennis looks more like John with his fair colouring, Alex looks just like you!
All the Reeds look exactly like Reeds! It's as simple as that. And you all look as if you belong together. As for the quality of the meals your family eats -- it's totally obvious that you serve an abundance of fruits and vegetables. I love the way you incorporate them into snacks, sauces, and soups. Your children are learning about healthy choices and appropriate portion sizes. It's all good from my perspective. The nutrition at the Reed house -- it's a model for any family. JEB Atlanta, GA

What is up with this anonymous person? Why are you so filled with hate? I've decided to add you to my prayer list. It saddens me that someone can be so filled with evil and hate.
As for Dennis (and Christine)...he is absolutely beautiful!

Spaghetti and tomato sauce?
Hmmmm....could it be spaghetti- hey at least they enjoy themselves!!! That is important!
Wow. Prize must go to Dennis for that saucy face! Whew!
Maybe alfredo sauce instead next time? ha ha! ;)

btw..rice is messier to clean up after we find. My hubby really dislike rice days..because our messy little eaters get it all over.
I am not going to comment to anon because she is obviously just an attention seeker. Needs a life.
We love spaghetti--fetticine and alfredo sauce too. Made it tonight and dumped some chicken cubes and broccoli in the sauce for a little change.
So cute...even my 6 year old still looks like that after spaghetti

Anonymous, this is getting ridiculous. You need a new hobby. Really, come on.
Oooooo Mommytoalot, I would love to have Italian every day of the week if I could! Yum!
Heck, sometimes even I look like this after eating! LOL!
JEB thanks! How you holding up?
A. you said it best!
My 4 kids also love spaghetti--it is requested often and between the four of them (ages 7,6,5, and 4) they can eat a whole box if I let them!
