I am in no way complaining. The busyness of this week and next is all good.
John helped to get my Mom a job which she is starting today----Praise the Lord, and because it is close to us and far from her, we invited her to stay at our house anytime during the week so that she wouldn't get burnt out on driving. We love her, we know this is the right thing, and so we are going to make it work. I am about to start doing some major "spring cleaning" in Andrew and William's room where she will be staying.
Today, we are going to see Rachel's younger bio brother. I knew this was most likely going to happen, but I didn't want to get Rachel's hopes up and so she doesn't even know. I can hardly contain my excitement for her! Please be praying this afternoon that both children are well received by the other. It has been over 2 years.
Dentist appointments, last week of school festivities (insert deep breath Christine), homemade teacher appreciation gifts, an 8th grade graduation, providing respite for a family, and helping out and having all the kids participate in VBS next week! Thank goodness tomorrow John and I are going out to dinner to celebrate my 34th birthday! God knew just when I would need some special time with my hubby and that is why I was born on the day that I was born! Pretty awesome!
Please share the busyness of your week!
