First, I talked to the ocularist's office who is going to make Dennis' prosthetic eye and they said that they tentatively have his appointment scheduled for April 14th or 15th! If they agree that his eye socket can support a prosthetic eye then it will be made that day! Did you read that? That meant that in one week my baby could have two blue eyes! I am so excited for him!
Second, today our immigration approval to adopt an orphan came in the mail! That means we have every piece of documentation that we need for this adoption! Now I can notarize and apostille everything and send it off to Ukraine!
Now can you see why I am jumping up and down? Praise God!

Wonderful news! Continued prayers for you all.
Dear Christine,
After I got over my excitement, I wondered how the doctors (or you) were going to convince Dennis to wear the prosthetic. Will it be more comfortable for him than having air in there all the time? Do you think he already wants to have 2 eyes like his siblings, or is he still a bit young for any self-consciousness to motivate him to keep it on? I sure hope he instantly loves it! Sherry in Ohio
