Monkey See, Monkey Do!

Just look at Jonny and Dennis! I am so proud of Dennis for trying new things and exploring his world! He is so fun to watch......... he is so determined to do everything he sees his siblings do!
It is hard to see, but Dennis finally fits into the size five shoes I bought him when we went over to Ukraine. He is growing so fast!

Did I mention that Dennis has been referred to an ocularist? Insurance takes a week to approve and then it could take a few weeks to get an appointment, but on that day he will actually have a mold taken of his eye and it will be made that same day! I am so excited!

Those two are adorable. A brothers bond is so great and will continue until they are little old men.

Dennis looks so big in this picture! It's awesome to look at pictures like this of him having a good time and learning from his big brother.

I hope he doesn't find his new "eye" too uncomfortable.

how exciting! i thought i'd miss seeing Dennis the way he was born - and in a way, i do - but it's exciting to see how things are progressing with him, especially as the surgeries & things he's having done aren't merely cosmetic, they have a purpose & make his life a little easier.

and yes, "monkey see, monkey do!" was the perfect title for your entry. :-P

If you hadn't said that was Dennis, I wouldn't have guessed! He looks like such a big boy - not a toddler anymore!

How much fun to watch him grow not only physically, but also to see his little adventurous personality grow as well.

So happy for him and his progress.
