How beautiful!
Dennis is post-op almost a week now and he is doing great! I am a bit concerned about the incision near his eye so I have sent pictures to the doctor to see what he says.
But look at him! His blue eye is absolutely dreamy. And his overall symmetry is remarkable!
Look at that mouth! Don't mind the animal cracker crusties. ;) Oh what a happy boy he is!

You need to do a side by side (Before and After) to really show the results of the surgery. He looks wonderful. And yes, he looks so happy.

He looks absolutely wonderful! He was always so handsome, but his smile is even cuter now! The symmetry is amazing after just the one surgery and it wasn't even the whole thing they had hoped to get done, wow! He does have the most beautiful color blue eye! Trusting the incision is just in part of it's healing process and that there is no issue with it.
I am just amazed at what can be done through surgery.

oh christine and dennis I am so sorry. I had ventured out of the blogging world for the past 2 weeks and I compleletly missed Dennis's surgery. I will have to go back to read up on how it well. He looks great. And his eye color is beautiful. Just out of curiosity, were tissue expanders ever discussed to help provide more skin to help with the operations?
It is remarkable how he is recovering. Praise God for that! He is really a special little guy, and I enjoying keeping up with your family's adventures.

It was hard to see in the photos you posted right after surgery, but I definitely see the improvement in symmetry etc now! And geez, what a cute look!
