Sadly, in Australia it takes more than five years to adopt an orphan from overseas. It is a long, expensive, frustrating and emotionally draining experience with virtually no government help. I haven't done it, but I know a couple who are in the process. We need to pray for governments all over the world to put the childrens' needs first.
