What do YOU eat for lunch?

This is my lunch today, not Jonny's. He will most likely eat half of a plain ham sandwich and a banana. What do you eat for lunch?

Also, I wanted to promote these cookies again made with chocolate pudding instead of vanilla. They are both great either way.

I've just noticed that my last two posts were about food. Hmmmmm, can you tell that I love to cook and eat food yet?

yum. Your kids are very lucky to have a cookie baking mom. I have to remind my mom to make some.

You always make me hungry!! :) I used to get a shredded bar be que chicken sandwich at subway and put fritos on it. It was SO good. They don't have it anymore. So sad.

Today I had McDonald's for lunch. Whoops! :) Yesterday I had two (hebrew national 97% fat free) hot dogs with bush's chili on them with onion.

Some times I have PB & J

Some times I have soup.

Some times I just snack all day and don't have a real lunch

I am glad DH has started dinner cause all of this talk is really making me hungry!!

I am a creature of habit. I often have smoked chicken breast (boar's head from our deli) and lacey swiss cheese. I roll them up and eat them.

Or I will cut them up and put it on a bed of romaine greens. Then top with raisins and sunflower seeds and ranch dressing.

Or I will make a raspberry banana smoothie.

Lunch is anything from grazing to pbj, or just pb (lately on whole wheat...nummmy!), turkey or ham sandwich, anything leftover from the evening before. Your sandwich looks good! Btw, did you re-attempt the email? I never got one so I'm assuming that either you didn't get back around to emailing whatever you were going to email or it didn't make it through again!

As I am new to being a stay-at-home mom, I haven't figured out how to do lunch properly yet. I'm trying to eat well, but... I missed lunch entirely yesterday due to "First I'll do this, then take a break, then that, really, then I'll stop..." ;-D

This isn't a bad thing I suppose, more action, less calories.. it's got to be better than the cafe at work was. I'm hoping it's healthy for me! I do make sure to get a good breakfast.

Those tomatoes look soooo yummy. YOu are in Cali right? We don't get that fresh stuff out here in NY this time of year.
